Be At Your Polling Place Saturday!
Want progressives to really have a voice in the political process? Then attend the Precinct Conventions this Saturday! Many counties out there are underrepresented and could use the new blood. More importantly, if you want to end the Good Ol' Boy system in KY, this is a start.

Precinct Conventions
Location: Your local polling place, 10:00 am
Democrats meet to elect Precinct Leaders (Man, Woman and Youth). They are responsible for electing the County Executive Committee and delegates to the State Convention, as well as staying in contact with local democrats and recruiting Democratic nominees for office when there are vacancies.

Horne Withdraws from Senate Race
We are sad to report that Andrew Horne has withdrawn from the U.S. Senate race. This is a loss for Kentucky, as Andrew was a solid candidate who provided a real alternative to Mitch McConnell. We hope he will run for office again.
The remaining Democratic candidates are Bruce Lunsford, Greg Fischer, and Mike Cassaro. We encourage everyone to stay engaged in the Senate race.
